    Default Eating loads but Losing weight? :S

    Hey,

    I'm not too sure why, but I always eat and for some reason I'm losing weight? A Month ago I was about 6stone, now I am only 5. I haven't changed any exercise/eating patterns, except I am eating more than I usually do.
    I have no idea why this is happening or if there's any was to prevent it?

    I'd consult your GP.

    Not sayings its this for definate, however you may have Overactive Thyroids.

    your either growing because your still young or have an overactive thyroid, i have no idea myself what this means, but ive been told today by the doctor i need to get tested for this aswell if things dont improve for me LOL. think its just a quick blood test though.

    My answer isn't exactly as erm, smart, but..
    Are you active/used to be very active? I used to be underweight constantly because of a high metabolism, and my diet wasn't very good. So you could just need to adjust your diet if it isn't very varied.
    Just an idea

    That's kinda what I do anyway tbh. Except eating breakfast makes me feel sick so I skip it lmfao
