Mikomi DC-7130 old webcam driver help

A friend of mine is wanting help with their webcam and usually when it comes to computer stuff I help them out.

The problem is the webcam is old and they don't have the installation disc. It was working but has stopped working. I have tried to find a driver for theMikomi DC-7130 but the site that apparently did have it www.mingjong.net only seems to have new, presumably newer models.

Does anyone know a good site for old drivers that's also free. I've tried other sites, windows update and device doctor and nothing yet.
