Default Help with building new computer

Wondering if I can improve this without spending more money. Also will I need a new keyboard as the one I use uses a PS/2 connector. Do I need to get any cables? or do they come with this? Worth getting a cooler? Do I need 650W?

Could definately OC the cpu up to around 4.5GHz im told is stable Free but requires a bit of tinkering about! Though your CPU cooler should be able to handle it fine

CPU cooler is worth it as Intel turbo boost will be more comfortable increasing your multiplier under high load.

You *might* be able to squeeze it down to 600w. It might also be worth trying to get a Case bundled with a decent PSU by a REPUTABLE company such as coolermaster, antec, corsair or thermaltake.

Keyboard is a really simple decision really, either spend £50 and get a gaming one or get a microsoft one as they're good for everything else.
