The New Groups!

Needing help with the new groups -

Basically users keep commenting on my forum, is there anyway whatsoever of being able to lock forums so only members post? I'm aware it's possible on old groups, but is it possible on the new ones? Or just making the forums viewable to members.

It's weird because it says you can change the settings at the top bar but I don't think it actually is possible atm.

I believe it is possible as I've gone on to groups forums and I've been made to join their group before hand (these are the new groups i'm talking about). I'd find a group where you need to have to join before you use the forum, then ask the owner of the group about what settings they have.
