Default Remember when badges used to mean something?

I remember when badges used to be rare and hugely sought after. Habbos who had badges were given respect. To get a badge you had to work hard for it! Nowadays habbo just give out badges every day and in comps (remember when comp prizes used to contain supers?). Few people give a crap about them anymore.

    /end nostalgic rant

Hmm.. I do remember when it was actually really something to have badges. I guess it gets people buying more and promotes more things, and people wouldn't buy stuff for nothing so it's a good way to promote things and earn Sulake money. I really like getting badges, aha.

I quite like getting badges, even though I hardly change the ones I wear. I never really tried to get them back when they were "rare" because the same people won them every time... (SkaterChu). I had a Valentines heart rope badge and the Christmas 06... I think that's it!

I remember when badges like the 5 year one used to mean something. I've never really been into any other badges though, a part from the ones your 'automatically' given for loyalty achievements, and VIP etc etc.

I'm not sure if it's like this now because I've not played habbo in a while, but I used to like the system of doing a new quiz every so often and getting a badge for getting all the questions right and stuff like that. Now as long as you answer the questions you get a badge... *Cough, Cough* Beastly badge, btw I prefer personality
