Because they are punished enough by being cautioned :rolleyes:. Isn't that why we give out -reps?

Must be something to do with the restrictions on the account while cautioned but I am sure someone techy on the management will be able to explain it. I can see your point here.
I'm pretty sure this is to do with it being classed as a banned group and therefore reputation and other features are disabled. Which would stop you issuing reputation to such members, I don't think there's a setting anywhere that would allow users to give reputation to cautioned members. I could be wrong though.
Well cautioned members tend to be the *****, and when cautioned they carry on and deserve to be -repped !
well it's sorta fair cause if they do make a good post then they're not able to get positive rep. if you really want to + or - that bad you could wait until the person is uncautioned then find the post...
oh and it's stupid that cautioned members can't post in feedback? :S hi stephen
