well i'm stupid and i claimed the free spotify virgin are offering forgetting that apparently they can tie us on another broadband contract or something now?! can someone confirm if this is true or even look at t&cs for me cos honestly im pretty scareeeeed

Any additional services (free or paid) you take with Virgin give them the right to renew the contract for another 12 months. However since Virgin don't actually provide Spotify's service, I doubt they can.
