Default Anonymous 'intercept FBI and Scotland Yard phone call'

    Brilliant

Hacking network Anonymous has released a recording of a conference call between the FBI and UK police in which they discuss efforts against hacking.
The call, said to have taken place last month, covers the tracking of Anonymous and similar groups, dates of planned arrests and evidence details.
Anonymous also published an email, apparently from the FBI, showing the email addresses of call participants.

The policeman starts calling them attention seeking ***** and I flipped, clearly he is not interested in the true motives of anonymous - protesting against censorship, insecure and immoral companies and the whole 1% bullcrap. I'd hardly call hacking attention seeking considering most of the effort goes into not being noticed.

Sorry what you said would have made sense if Anonymous hadn't teamed up with LuzSec - But they did and LuzSec just took down sites for fun, asked for sites to take down and even released people's information, card information etc.

The problem with all these hacking groups in my opinion is they say they are doing this for the people, they are the peoples voice but in the end they end up dealing with sensitive information and stuff, the same information they say the government shouldn't deal with.

I think in that case he was talking about that one kid who was bragging about stealing credit card details from Steam, and I totally agree with what they said. In that case, it's nothing but attention seeking.

also the person they're mainly speaking about is the kid who supposedly 'hacked' 30,000 steam accounts
what good does that do for anyone
