Unhappy Honestly what would you do?

Hai peoples Okay I tried talking to a few friends about this but I'd like some more opinions.
Okay by the way I copied this from skype so i would not have to re-type it cos im lazy LOL.
Piping ~ shorter word for playing bagpipes.

Well I was piping at my mums work for Robert Burns night (today, 25th Jan), my friend was supposed to help me.... But this morning I was like 'ready for the big day ' and she looked at me and went 'nah YOUR mum never got my stuff from my parents so nah cant be bothered besides I gave my dad all my stuff and he's working enjoy'
I was so annoyed at her. After maths I went up to her and said, 'What about you just help me tune and everything??' She went 'Okay '
So when we were grabbing lunch I asked her again just to be sure it's okay. She went 'Errr actually.. err I have a lot of homework I rather do then help you',At lunch she tried taking my friends away from me, 3 of them went with her. But 3 stayed with me so I guess it wasn't bad. After school she didn't have any homework.. :/ I went to libary before and she was playing games on her phone.. so I left.. She really hurt my feelings. It's the 3rd times she's lied to me in the last couple months and 4th time shes been actually quite mean (I would say another word but nevermind Lool)
But I did amazing My mum and everyone were so proud I gained over £150 too and played about 30 tunes for everyone

But I don't know what to do, would you stay friends with her or would you just the end the friendship? Please tell me because I honestly don't know what to do or what I would say to her.

I wouldn't end a friendship over something so minor. How do you know that she wasn't doing homework before you walked in/after you left? Also she doesn't have to help you if she doesn't want to, it is a bit disappointing that she let you down like that, but there's no reason to stop being friends with someone over them not wanting to tune an instrument/perform with you.

Im in all her classes lol and we didnt get any homework :/ Also the classes im not in my friends said she didnt.. :/ We had promsied each other for 2 weeks and we practised every single day.. My mum actually said to me 'Hey gina you want to play blah blah blah' I wasn't sure cos Im not very confident.. my friend went 'Gina I will do it with you and I'll help you, we'll do it together k?' my piping tutor had fixed all our pipes and we were both so excited. Yesterday she was so excited and had memorised all the tunes. Thing is she keeps lieing to me thats my problem :/ I had been in libary for about 30mins and she was just listening to music and playing games.. :/ Then she was just drawing stuff on the back of her jotters (she didnt take art)
:/ Majority of peoples jsut keep telling me jsut to be friends with ehr but not hang out with her as much ebcause of the amount of times shes lieing to me.

All sounds a bit petty if you ask me :/ If your really that bothered just ask her why she is lying to you and ask if she has a problem with you... or you could just forget about it and just be friends as its all kinda pointless anyway ?
