Not sure if this has been spotted/said, but you can only use :Furni in your room and the room you have rights in. How annoying.

I Noticed this today when i was trying to do a maze.. how annoying.. Considering its one of the "wow" things you buy hc/vip for .. :/

it's really annoying, they should be consistent.. and yeah as the above post said we are basically paying to use that so why are they only putting it on certain rooms? :S
