I'm so annoyed

I purchased and downloaded steam about 5hours ago and got everything set-up in pretty much a half an hour but the in-game lag is crazy. I have more than the min requirements and even at the lowest settings it lags. Grand theft auto: liberty city stories (Ballad of gay tony version: release 2010). I understand steam didn't create the game and I know it's not so much steams fault more so rockstars and i have contacted them directly.

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2300 CPU @ 2.80GHz
Ram: 4.00 GB
System Type: 64bit
OS: Windows 7




Graphics card:
ATI Radeon HD 5450


Anyone got any idea how I can fix it so the game is actually somewhat playable? I really would prefer a refund and this rate but I can only imagine the hassle I would have to go through to get it back. Not so much steams fault it's just a poorly ported game and in my opinion shouldn't have been released until fixed properly. I have been doing some research and this is actually a very common problem even more so for people on high end computers which is crazy.

Firstly, what game? Secondly, what's your graphics card?

Steam isn't a game, it's just a distribution/community channel... and the likelihood of you getting a refund through it is next to none.

Sorry I am half asleep, grand theft auto: liberty city stories (Ballad of gay tony version: release 2010). I understand steam didn't create the game and I know it's not so much steams fault more so rockstars and i have contacted them directly.

It isn't great but it should run the game even on minimum requirements.


Oh p.s i have tried game booster, doesn't make much of a difference.

Have you tried system requirements lab?

The 5450 is not designed for playing games. It is a very cheap card low end card that is not significantly faster than most integrated GPUs. Not to mention you're attempting to play one of the most unoptimized console ports in history.
