    Default Sunburn D:

So, it was boiling yesterday and I was stupid and decided to wear a vest top whilst walking around Cardiff. My arms and neck are burnt. It's REALLY hurting >____< Ibuprofen doesn't seem to do anything. The only thing that seems to make it feel better is lying in a cool bath, but I can't really do that all day.

What should I do to stop it from hurting?

I know lol. I really should have bought sun screen.

I have normal body moisturiser, but nothing containing aloe vera.

I was about to make a thread about this because I'm in a real bad way with sunburn, I was out in it for 7 hours and I'm literally burnt from head to toe. All the back of my legs is blood red and all raised up. I was going to go doctors because I was sick last night

I read online that vinegar helps, I'm gonna try it later after I get out a cool shower

i wish the uk would realise that in 20 degree weather YOU NEED TO USE SUN CREAM

the Europeans that are used to the warm weather still use it, you'd use it if you were on holiday so why not now

I didn't either and I'm burnt to ****. Pouring on the aftersun throughout the day and staying indoors, I won't make the same mistake twice!

I usually find that aftersun makes it worse, it might sooth, and it's supposed to 'moisturise' but I find it dries it out more and just makes it worse :/

There are a lot of things that are personally uncomfortable to show, especially me
without makeup and completely bloated or crying. But I've realized that it's time for me to
show my audience that you don't have to be perfect to achieve your dreams.

I used factor 50 and re-applied like every 2-3 hours, but I'm so light skinned and pale that I guess I should of covered up more instead of walking/laying about all day in next to nothing.

I've now got a huge heat rash all over my back and my mother is dragging me to the doctors
