Weird Furni in 'Free Daily Effects' Room

When I visited the room made by 'AirBlender' I received my daily effect which was a Butterfly one. (You can not choose which effect you want) Then I looked around the room for a while and I re-entered the room and saw the hole room darken (there was a mood light in the room) and the room was bigger then it seemed, I clicked outside of the room and found an object called a 'TV frame - special edition - Not for sale!.'

It does not show the object picture just the words, I wonder what it is - Could it be a Limited edition Item for Habbo Staff or is the name a disguise for something else?

I thought it was a placeholder (idk) for a background? or something LOL. I've seen it before by clicking the Picnic background somewhere, clicking the Turkish hotel promotion room background somewhere and in Alvin + The chipmunks room by clicking the background somewhere.

Or I could just be wrong

There are loads of this type of furni where it's invisible to make extraordinary rooms.

They are black-holes, apart from they don't sparkle and have a few extra things to make the floor fully invisible rather than black.
