Help! Habboemotion problem

Hi! I come from the Swedish hotel and I have a question.
I have used a habboemotion layout (LAYOUT 10) for my fansite. And the question is there is a copyright market on the site. And I see that is wrote something like this "(C) Your site" I think that I need to change Your site to my sites name, right?

I can see anywhere on the layout someones credits, but my friend told me that if I use it with no credits, someone can judge me, and I can pay really much, so how do I do?

It would be really nice if someone who knows that could look att the layout and then answer at my problem.

HabboEmotion doesn't require you too as far as i am aware. But if you are using someones work you really should consider giving them credit somewhere even if it is on a separate page hidden away. It is only fair for someones hard work.

So do I need to write (C) Habboemotion or can I use my own sites name?

You copyright your own website, so you use the name you are going to use.

But, in an about page or something give credit to Habboemotion, somewhere. It's always nice to show appreciation
