I got kicked by a guardian, duno out, it said something with gaurdian in, and then im muted, don't know why, i only said stop annoying me to someone because they said get out of my room?

Guardians can only take action if someone reports somebody, and can only take action on the reported user. Then a majority of the randomly selected guardians have to agree on a choice for action to be taken (or not taken).
I agree with you that this probably was an overreaction, hopefully it will improve as the "newness" of the system fades.

The mute only lasts for 15 mins anyway. The cases Ive voted on have always ended well, and I havent really seen any trolls. The main problem with the system is we only get 3 buttons, behaving OK, badly or terribly. Theres nothing else and we are limited to those actions. This is why a good moderation team would be a advantage as well as HG's
