The ancient hand/quackatoa were both star gifts and they usually decrease in price cos they were effectively free. I'm not sure about the frank trophy, but it is a bit of Habbo History I guess. Really depends how much/where it was released for...

There's a frank statue that was also released for stars. AFAIK the trophy won't be tradeable.
