    for me its:

    > tea bag
    > water
    > take tea bag out
    > sugar (so it melts)
    > milk
    > a nice stir

    my mum does the exact same n hers always tastes sweeter than mine :/
    i don't put the sugar in after putting my spoon in the water cause then the sugar in my pot gets gross.... if m not having sugar i keep the teabag in till i finish the tea

    I get my parents to make it instead.

    Really though, if the teabag has been used before it will be:

    Teabag in.
    Water.
    Milk.
    Stand for a bit.
    Teabag out.

    If not then:

    Teabag in.
    Water.
    Teabag out.
    Milk.
    Stand/cool down.
    Drink.

    you would teabag it first wouldn't you richie

    anyway, teabag, add boiling water about half way, throw teabag in the bin, add and stir sugar, fill the rest with normal water and bam
