Convert template to Wordpress

I've been trying for the last few hours to convert an existing template to work with Wordpress, got a little bit into it and keep getting frustrated because I've not done anything like it for ages. Basically, is there anyone out there kind enough and who has a bit of spare time to convert it into a Wordpress layout for me. PM me if you would be able to offer some assistance.
