I was getting them anyway, not as regularly but I was. I'm at the TBD bit already!

Edit: They don't. You got them because it was so soon after maintenance and not many helpers were on. It hasn't been changed.

I have yet to get tour requests, I've just had Bully ones, so in my eyes nothing has changed for me.

yeah, you still get them, but rarely as there are lots of helpers who get them first, with guardians as last resort as you are the only ones that can deal with bully requests now.

Yeah the only times I have got tour requests since becoming a guardian was right after a maintenance.

I imagine its like a list of people, so you turn it to on duty and go to the end of the list, and when someone requests a tour it is sent to whoever is near the top, and then puts them at the bottom. But if you get a bully case it takes whoever is highest on the list and able to do bully cases and then you get bumped down to the bottom again, so you're getting less chance of getting tours. If that makes sense haha.

Well that's good to hear, Considering we didn't get recommendation points on bully requests. That's the part I'm stuck on now.
