The standard of Habbox events organisers needs to raise. I've just had an exceptionally poor experience in one. After coming second I asked if I could stay in for next round (the queue wasn't that long and everyone was going to make it in anyway). The Host never replied. Around 30 seconds later without a warning or anything I am kicked from the room. I reload and am told that I was kicked because I didn't type exit, even though i hadn't had any clarification on whether or not I was allowed to stay in for the next round (didn't really matter because it was melting mats and everyone would make it in) After arguing with the host, I am then kicked and banned without being given any clarification beforehand (warnings etc) and after all of this, the winner is allowed to stay in for the next game regardless. Obviously this is just one terrible events organiser, but the fact remains that there should be a warning system used by hosts rather than just banning people, or kicking them (which sparked off this whole fuss).

I dno if this has changed, but I remember when I was in events certainly the first time, (didnt rly put much work in when i returned due to news), we were meant to give warnings before kicking people, and make it blatently obvious that they were going to get kicked.

It would seem stupid why you get kicked tho, aslong as your not on somewher a mat needs to return to, for a game like that whats the point of kicking you or making you leave anyway? only needa do that for anyone who isnt in the last 2 :L

If he asked you to exit, then exit. If you didn't after he asked then its your own fault you got kicked. He doesn't have to give you any warning for that :S

Exactly, I did see him give warnings to other people but what's absurd is I didn't receive one whatsoever when I even directly asked him if I could stay for the next round since that game was over... I wasn't stood blocking anything either.

Can you not read? He didn't ask otherwise there wouldn't be a problem...

Doesn't give the host any right to be ignorant though. If someone wants to ask a question before they leave, let them.

I thought there was a warning system in place?

Well usually you exit after a game ends. He was just sticking to that rule. I came in and you were being pretty abusive and theres really no need if all it was was kicking you so he began the new game.

Same thing has happened to me before. Events is definitely going down hill.

I'm pretty sure there is a system in place but wouldn't this have been better a complaint in the support forums or in a PM? It seems you had a bad case with one specific Events Organiser. They could be new or not new but the issues can always be dealt with in that way. Now if it was an issue happening a lot of events then I can see why a feedback thread would have to be created.

A host cant just kick someone for not exiting. Unless its purposefully blocking the game from going any further, which this case isnt, then you shouldnt realy as the person may be lagging etc?

I agree with the general theme of this thread. There needs to be a minimum standard for events as they are so varied. Some are much better than others!
