Camtasia is brilliant imo, really good quality, no copyright *Removed*. If I remember correctly it also came with some sort of editing software.

For me Camstudio is a lot better than the screen capture on camtasia, for some reason camtasia is really buggy for me and limits preferences. I have tried both and for free software http://camstudio.org/ is fantastic, it doesn't have copyright logos and with the right settings (a quick youtube search) you'll have HD videos.
