    Default Spit Roast

New Food business idea, to have a spit roast at your function!!!

Can you all please tell me if you think this would appeal to you, for a 16th, 18th, 21st any birthday or business function or anything you can think of?

What would you pay for it?

    What would you expect?

    Thanks

spit roasts sound ideal for grandparents birthdays. something alternative to a traditional celebration as they'll get and receive something for their efforts.

Where I work, quite often people will opt for a traditional BBQ buffet style meal with the spit/hog roast at their wedding. Prices are around £9-13 pp.

However it's only popular in the summer.

Im asking a genuine question to people that usually have validated opinions. Your probably just upset that you found this wasnt about what you thought.
