    Delete all the files off a computer, without having to re-install a OS?
    Wanting to delete all my files on my laptop, and totally clean it out.

    The quickest way I can think of is to head into User Accounts, add a new administrator user, then delete the old account (making sure to uncheck the option to keep their files. Then un-install any programs you don't need.

    Surgical precision deletion of files was always going to be more effort than reinstalling.
