How do I know what ram slots are dual? I am running 2x2gb & 2x4gb but I'm not sure if they're running together.

Usually different colours, 2 blue 2 black etc.

2 black and 2 white but it's like black, white, space, black, white, so i put the 2x2gb in a white and black and the 2x4gb in the other black and white

Yeah that's way they set it out so two opposites next to each other
