The last one was a bit rubbish at times and it seemed like they were just making it up as they went along so more organisation will need to go into it for it to work better I think

It's such a large scale event and something the forum needs I think. With so many events planned for the Olympics and HxSS, it would be better to run it in the autumn/winter, unless it was incorporated into HxSS or something?
