How do you bet?

How do you play 13 and 21? I've never had a bet before. i need it for my guide. thanks to whoever replys.

The objective of 13 is to reach 13...

You roll the holo-dice (For example, you get 5), and you say hit or stay. Say you got a 5 and 6 (Totalling 11), and you choose to stay, the dealer (Person sitting next to the holo-dices...) then has to beat 11.
It's the same with 21, except the number is 21, not 13.
