    I'm assuming it'd be using lever?

    I think its;
    Trigger: Double click / change furni state
    Effect: Move and Rotate furni
    Condition: Triggering user is on furni

    to have it auto tele i believe it'd be
    Trigger: repeat
    Effect: toggle furni state
    condition: furni matches state + position

    with another stack so for user walks on furni + teleport to place

    you'd need to have the user starting on a roller, once the person wins the gate opens they roll onto the gate and it teleports them.

    Yeah I think that to? Maybe such a tug or war game and ask the owner?
