    Default How can I gain weight fast?

    I've never been able to gain weight, once tried to and got sick of trying to eat as much as I could and don't think I took a proper approach to it. I'm 5ft5 and I'd say I was about 8 stone which is 112 pounds and I guess I just wanna get bigger tbh.

    Tips??????

    Once you hit puberty and get a bit taller you'll start to put on weight naturally

    I sort of have that problem, I'm 5ft and weigh around 7st, I put on a couple of pounds then they disappear, have you ever thought of going to the gym and gaining muscle? Maybe just try walking more that seems to help too x. Also, don't eat all junk foods and still have a balanced diet.

    The easiest way to gain weight is to count your calories. Get an app for it or something, and count how many calories you usually eat each day. That is your maintenance amount (the amount you need to stay the same weight). To increase your weight its as simple as increasing your food intake so you enter a calorific surplus. After a few weeks of eating slightly more ( + ~500kcal) each day you will notice your weight go up.

    edit; this worked for me. I'm now 82kg/180lb at around 10%bf simply from lifting weight and eating slightly more. Good luck!

    First of all, eating junk and chocolate doesn't work at all as you just gain fat (which goes to places nobody wants fat ;l) and it makes you feel ill.

    Different food groups have different effects depending on who you are, too. For example, lots of protein makes me gain weight really fast while other things (like some oils) have no impact at all. It can take a while, but if you play around with what you're eating and start noticing what foods have what effect on you, it's easy to work out what you need to eat to make you lose/gain weight without all the struggle of mad dieting and things.

    Try and eat a lot more protein-rich foods, lot's of meats etc. You can get supplements as well, there's also something you can take which slows down your metabolism.

    Default How can I gain weight fast?

    I'm 13 years old (don't say I'm cute) I wouldn't say I'm that thin but I would like to put on some weight. I don't eat meat don't really like it (not having a debate about it). I eat quite a lot of junk food and I'm terrible at sports so I'm not that active. Any ways to put on weight that aren't really un healthy because I get barely any protein and I have a bad enough diet..
