They're not great when you do too many of them haha but yeahhh you'll be alright if you do it from time to time

they're not very good for you even if you do one, your body NEEDS time to rest to reset itself. It's probably better if you were doing it to 'fix' your sleeping pattern in the long run, but don't expect it to work, you'll probably feel tired in the afternoon :/
In a way aslong as you are sleeping (in the daytime for example) it isnt actually an all nighter, ether way they arnt great for your body. But what is?
