Right,, i got banned for:


You have been banned! The reason for the ban is "You have been banned until 16-03-2013 21:41:56. Offering and/or requesting webcam contact is not permitted. Please review the Habbo Way and Terms for acceptable usage.". The ban will expire at 3/16/13 9:41 PM (GMT -0400) Eastern Time.




I was talking about cameras to buy and that i like taking photos :L i was like ... But i cant appeal it on the help site because i cant log in....

Please can i have help as i want to do events

I believe you have to make a completely different account using a different e-mail, and then you can use that e-mail to sign into the help tool. After that you simply need to state very clearly what username you are requesting to be unbanned, just to stop the confusion.

I don't think there's any other way around it? 90% sure.

1) click help
2) in the search bar, search request
3) click the first one, should be how do i request a ticket.
4) follow that page step by step
5) after u have done that go back to the home page and search request again
6) you should see how do i request a ticket and 2 other links again .. ignore them and scroll down till u can see didn't/couldn't find what you were looking for and under that you should see click here to submit a request
