Right I don't get this. Last week my diet was pretty strict, three meals a day, small portions, no snacks. This week it has been a little more messy but the thing is last week I didn't lose much weight but this week I lost a good bit even though I was eating more stuff like low fat yoghurts and just small things in between when I'm actually hungry (healthy things ofc). Surely that doesn't make sense though, I did the same amount of exercise, this week i eat more but lost more? where's the logic in that.

cor they are yum! 1/2 a syn each so I have 8 as a after dinner treat most days!!! I still have about 4 and a half stone to go till target but i will get there!!!
