Moving to iCloud

Okay I think this belongs here I don't know. So..

Basically atm my iPhone is telling me I don't have to do anything pretty much. But I have 13GB still in iCloud? Is there a way you have to change over to that or something? It's so annoying because, I want to keep all my pictures/videos, apps, music etc...

Anyone help?

I'm a little confused on what you're asking. iCloud is basically just for backups and syncs between PCs, Macs, iPhones, iPads etc.?

What @Skynus; said. I think you're thinking iCloud can be used as extra storage. It's simply just for backing up your device I'm afraid. If you're running out of space you're going to have to delete some things you don't use. Have you thought about backing up your pictures to your computer then you can wipe them off your phone?

No... The storage is embedded within your phone, you can't simply buy more.... Or do you mean iCloud storage? You're really confusing.
