It's either for reporting X amount of people for bullying or something else

Same, I'm guessing they didn't implement it.

Oh :S. Well I've reported bullys a lot, but the requests never get a response which is probably why I haven't got it.

I report bullies alot c: im just so nice (Or maybe its the fact i love getting people banned) but yea i have it and i think its when tehy ban them so it hapend to me twice even tough I've reported over 50 people.

Don't bully reports go to the guardians though? And I heard guardians can only mute and not ban?

You would only achieve this badge if the 'bully' you reported got sent to the 'guardians' and approved it. for example if you sent a bully report but the guardians didn't class it as bullying time form, you wouldn't get this badge, but if you got approved, after a few approved reports you should get it.

But due to hardly anyone doing the guardian system anymore, (so massive backlog) and both users (You and the one you reported) need to be online for the report to be valid the odds on getting it now must be quite slim.
