    Default Back up

    Right basically my laptop keeps dying on me and I wanted to back up my hard drive so I've copied all vital files and such but what I want to know is if I wanted to keep a specific programe would I just have to transfer the programme files or the installer (or both?)

    you'll be best off reinstalling, so copy the installer
