New Starter Rooms?

I've been seeing a lot of new starting rooms for when people make accounts and I was wondering what you need to get one of these cause they look sort of cool and every time I try making a new account I get stuck with the same old pixel furni rooms.

@Rakker; said it was currently in testing mode, they probably brought it for a bit and took it away, it doesn't explain how others got it though so it might be just a selection or random.
