Hello. Basically, over the past few days i have had a number of issues with my account. Firstly, i am subscribed to Super Saver Subscription that entitles me to 35 credits a month. Habbo have decided to not send me the credits, but send me everything else, they also billed my credit card for it despite not sending half of the stuff to my account. Secondly, i have sent in a customer support request to help.habbo.com, and i have had no reply up to now. I sent the message 4 days ago. In all my life on the internet i don't think i've seen customer support so bad, 4 days and no one has even managed to read the request, never mind answer it. I understand habbo is a busy company, but even ones that are usually busy don't take 4 days to reply to a request. I am sorry if i do come across complainy, but i am rather angry, because i can't really contact habbo in any way about this issue that's happened and i would like my credits.
