    Question BTEC ICT

    Hey everyone,
Just started my BTEC in ICT and was wondering if anyone can take a look at these presentations.

The task was to list the advantages and disadvantages to input and output devices for computers.

    INPUT: https://docs.google.com/presentation...it?usp=sharing

    OUTPUT: https://docs.google.com/presentation...it?usp=sharing

Any items I have missed out (struggling on outputs), comments on the writing or general feedback would be greatly appreciated

The internet (Or more accurately a NIC) is an output device.

As in you can output stuff onto the internet using an internet connection, e.g. you output these PP presentations onto the internet via your nic or wireless card.

I didn't think of that, I only thought about physical hardware as such. I'll do a little research about how it works. Thanks!

That seems to be everything. I only vaguely remember doing it (in Business and Communication Studies not ICT strangely) and can't think of anything else that would go on those lists.

I was thinking the same. The output list just seems so empty haha

Any reason why you chose to do it as a powerpoint? (are you presenting these?)

And the internet isn't an output device

PowerPoint, yes, because that is what the task required

If I can output via something and it's a device then it's an output device. Pretty much by definition.
