    Unhappy Completed my citizen track but no free 7 days VIP - why?

    I know there has recently been a post regarding this situation, but I wanted to know if any has had their resolved? :S

    I've completed my citizen track (although my little Habbo has not fully reached the end of the progress bar, but it clearly states I've completed all levels), but I have not received my free seven days worth of VIP.

    I've contacted Habbo but they haven't yet replied. I just feel a bit cheated and wonder if I will actually get my free VIP.
