The part where it says "Welcome, [Name] Notifications ^ User CP Log Out" should drag down with you when you drag down. I find it so annoying when I'm reading a thread and want to click one of those options and have to constantly drag back up...
Maybe I'm just lazy but it's so annoying for me lol

You ever pressed the Home key on your keyboard by any chance?
(Not sure if laptops have them)
