Personally, I don't think directors are given enough credit nowadays. Most people I know only praise the actors and don't even think about the directors. I'll admit, I don't know the names of any film directors unless I Google it. Which, until now for this competition, I never have. I don't think many people, apart from those who write things like reviews for films, consider the directors of films.

I want you to tell me the name of the director for the following films:
