    How old are you?
You can start by talking to her getting to know here if you don't already.

Is it you don't know what to do because you're interested or you don't know what to do because you're not interested and just want to remain friends?

Yeah, do you just wanna stay friends? If you dot mid seeing how it goes for more, just talk to we as you do as a friend and it becomes increasingly more natural if you like each other... Play it cool though

"Lovely person" and "brilliant friend" suggests she is fat. Just remember that you are not obliged to get with someone just because they want it to happen (and in fact it's a very idea to go through with it if you're not really interested) but if you do want to give it a go then you obv need to talk to her one on one and maybe rub her face girls like that

Talk to her more, go out somewhere with friends (less awkward that way) then gradually go out as just a couple, then just go out.

Yes actually! Make sure you're not doing this! When I was in my young teens, actually probably until like 16/17, I had an awful habit of going out with people who liked me but I didn't necessary shared the same feelings. If you wanted 'to know more about her' before you found this out go for it! Or was it like when you found out she liked you, did you instantly start to feel something for her?

Doesn't really make sense but I'm tired

Of course, there's nothing wrong with just going with it to see how it goes.
