[HxSS] Summertime Songs - Ends 25th August

We've taken some instrumental/karaoke versions of popular Summer themed songs. Two of them are more recent, but one of the songs was first released back in the 1970s! To give you a bit of guidance we're going to offer one clue per song in descending order:

1) This song is from a notoriously popular musical first performed in 1971 (not the same year as the song's release date however).
2) The title of this song means "a prolonged period of excessively hot weather, which may be accompanied by high humidity".
3) The name of a U.S. state appears in this song title.

We need you to simply send a PM to HabboxComps with each song's title and the artist who sang it (in descending order). Even if you're unsure of the artist/song, it's still worth sending as you don't know whether anyone else has all the correct answers!
