As bad as it is, I very rarely read TOS/T&Cs unless it is something vaguely important in reality or something that involves money.
Even then I don't really read it, I skim it.

I'm not into all these terms and laws thing, so I can't really say much.
Although with that it does seem pretty extreme.

I don't know why all of you sound shocked? This TOS is the equivilant to (for example) Facebook hijacking your identity to market a product without your consent, or Apple tracking your GPS location to see where you go, again, to market products to you, or stock up on your habits and see what the current "trend" is.

4real almost every site does it and a lot of applications. Youre concerned about stuff like that yet people happily plaster their life on Facebook and twitter and don't even think twice. Twitter, Google and Facebook are much worse at collecting personal info but APPARENTLY A DOUBLE STANDARD MUST VE FORMED.
