    Default Error that is impossible to fix?

    So when i log into the Norwegian hotel (habbo.no). It loads up, the black screen then "Oops!! 30 (#29811949)"

    The strange thing is that habbo.com works just fine.
    Yes i tried clearing my history and updated shockwave.
    I even re installed my computer and resetted the settings on my router.
    Its been like this for over 24 hours and its REALLY getting frustrating.
    I tried googling this but with no solution that works.
    I can pay if someone helps me to fix this.

    Gonna sound like an absolute idiot for suggesting something so stupidly simple but:

    Have you tried using a different browser?

    Leading on from Charlie, I know I used to have this problem so much on Mozilla Firefox (prob works now haven't tried lately) so if you're using that I suggest Chrome

    Yeahh this has happened to me a few times on .com
    what I usually do it close every one of my tabs, so the browser you're using goes off completely, then load habbo back up *before your other tabs* and it usually works

    idk why

    Have you used any tools that are.. not made by habbo I.e a scripting program?
    Sometimes when you use it and close habbo you get black client. Open habbo up as if you were going to use the program again (Not saying that you do! ).
    Since habbo help tool is broken, here are the links: Help tool links

    Habbo doesn't use Shockwave any more... they haven't for a few years now.

    The reasons that would usually cause this issue are:
    > The System32 Driver Hosts file has lines borking it,
    > Your Firewall/Something malicious is blocking the connection (Unlikely since other hotels are no issue),
    > Your banned (There is a FlashID ban that has the same characteristics your displaying),
    > Something is wrong with the setup of your Flash drivers...

    Firstly I would LIKE to know a few things, although I will give you a few things to try as well:
    > What OS do you currently use (Windows Vista/7 or an older model? 2000/XP? or Mac/Linux?)
    > When did you stop being able to use HabboEN?
    > What happened around that time that could've been the cause? (Of a ban online or a new program/hardware/OS installed etc).
    > Does anyone else in your household use Habbo/online flash games?
    > Do you have admin control of your computer?
    > Are there other computers in your house, and can you access HabboEN from them?
    > At what EXACT stage does it stop loading Habbo?

    I would suggest:
    1.) Doing a FULL sweep of your computers Temp files:
    > Including those in your User AppData FlashPlayer folders - which will be as simple (If using Windows Vista/7) as searching for the following this address (%UserProfile%\AppData\Roaming\Macromedia\Flash Player\#SharedObjects) in your folders - either by putting it in a folder's address bar or by going in your Start menu and putting it in the search box at the bottom.)
    > Including going into ALL webbrowsers you have installed and finding the "Delete Cache/Temp Files/History" buttons.
    > And not needed, but I suggest clearing all your cookies/system temp files as well just to make sure - here's a few quick links to make it easier (Can be searched like above if using Windows: Vista/7):
    * %SystemDrive%\Temp
    * %SystemRoot%\Temp\
    * %UserProfile%\AppData\Local\Temp (I think you can also just search: "%Temp%" to find this specific folder)
    * %UserProfile%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Cookies
    (Note: All files in these folders are unneeded (If connected online/not running the corresponding programs) deleting them will thus not cause any adverse effects to your online/offline abilities although it might mean that the next time your online things take longer to load etc! Also, some of the files will be "In use", usually this is nothing to worry about and you can just ignore these files by clicking "Skip").

    2.) Checking your hosts file for weird lines of data (You can locate the hosts file here: %systemroot%\System32\drivers\etc\hosts) open it with notepad and check that it is blank or that all lines of data start with a hash(#) as this cancels out the line to be ran as code. If there is no "live" data in here that is fine... if there are lines without the hash at the start though, I would suggest opening Notepad as a system admin (By right-clicking it) and then open the hosts file from inside Notepad - other wise you cannot edit out the code - once into the file once more, just hash out any new lines of code (This means they'll be ignored but not deleted in case the code was important for other things).

    3.) Reinstall/Update Flash Player (http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/?fpchrome) this CAN fix issues although, unlike with Shockwave, will not change your Online FlashID and so a simple restore cannot usually unban a user.

    There are other things I can suggest... but try these three first and them report back! ^-^
