Wanting to make a toolbar

Hi,

Wanting to make a toolbar, to support 3 browsers, IE, FF & Chrome.
Wondering if anyone's done one on here that they can show or have any tutorials that helped them?

Why would you want to make a toolbar? They're just bad in every single way. Better off making browser extensions

I don't think Google Chrome even supports toolbars, the name's meant to be ironic, the chrome (UI) of the browser is minimal.
