I use Internet Explorer (don't judge, ok) and when I right click to go on properties, or go on Internet options the dialog box won't come up. Any ideas how to sort this out?
It keeps stopping and starting again?

Use any other browser that isn't IE. :3

It's funny because IE11 actually scores about the same as Chrome or better in everything @ fools above.

Chrome is x10 better than IE. IE has loads of problems - everything works on Chrome
