Been there, done that. Feel fine one day then suddenly you feel awful.
Get plenty of rest, drink loads of water, try and eat some dry toast or biscuits (typical ill food) and SLEEP! Sleep always seems to help for me
If you have any suitable medication in your house then take some - just make sure it's the right stuff and you follow the instructions (I'll probs get accused of something if I don't say that lol)
Hope you feel better soon x
use a face steamer thing lol
i think thats what your meant to do
i used to put the names of my favourite singers here... then i realised nobody cared
Steam helps, anything with Vitamin C, honey and lemon drink, rest.
been there many times, i seem to get them a lot lately.

Drink orange juice, avoid dairy (if you're mucus-y), have a hot shower and keep warm is the best.
For the throat, have soothers (dunno if they're just uk or what but there'll be something), and hot drinks are rly good!
Hope you get better soon
on phone xx
Thankyou everyone been doing everything I could that has been suggested and so far ive got my voice backeverything else is getting better but slowly
x
This usually only ever happens to me when I sleep with my window open on cold nights.
mix honey in warm water and drink that
and eat marshmallows every half an hour or so (it works a charm trust me)![]()
usually happens to me this time of year aswell. i drink tea with honey and cough syrup before night and have steam showers and it seems to help a bit
xo.
Try strepsils if your throat still hurts
