Feel like I can finally say it but the events department is definitely definitely on the up. I was in Mk,'s event earlier and said how he was the first manager for a long time who'd actually made me want to come to events. I didn't really think about it at the time but it has actually occurred to me that it's true, thank god. Hats off to general management for finally appointing someone good for the department (only took you a year or so).
Also @Mk,; you're one of the first people for a long time who's actually done something for your department rather than because you get a nice shiny title so well done to you. I've actually stolen some of your advertising ideas to use for HxHD that never even occurred to me.
Yeah I've been looking up 'habbox' in the navigator every now and again and pretty much every time there's been an event on it's had 15 people or over in. SO refreshing after months of seeing 2 people milling about in a Habbox Falling Furni complaining about how nobody's coming yet doing nothing whatsoever about it.
I can see that there are still things that have to be improved. For example, despite the number of people you're getting in each event, the number of events per day isn't actually very high at the moment. Particularly weekdays. But I suppose that's gonna have to come with time because you can't just force people to do hours. I guess advertising (like you're doing) is best way forwards because more staff = more hours done?
bet you all thought this was gonna be more typical Habbox Feedback-style negativity, well ha.
