I Need Help......Badly, Please Help Me (Must Be EXTREMELY Experienced in CSS)

It's a phpBB forum with CSS, and I need a layout made before September 15 (opening day). Here is a screen shot of what the CSS form looks like:



(The 2 pics is 1 cut into 2 halves)
I need the colours to be: FFFFFF - CCCCCC - 999999 - 666666 - 333333 - 000000 - 330000 - 660000 - 990000 - CC0000 - FF0000

It can be any theme. I don't have any special reward, but it would be greatly appreciated, and you would get some good rep, and credit in my forum for the layout. All tries will be rewarded with good rep, thanks.

i cant understand how anyone could work with that sort of form lol, it takes simple css and makes it look confusing, just edit the css file directy would be far easyer "/
