Decreased Values via Room Bundles

What are your thoughts on placing items worth quite a bit (often in bulk) into room bundles for room purchase, especially when they are not available through available furni lines?

Do you think after the values drop they will rise again when the bundle is no longer available for purchase?

Here are some examples from the current room bundle which had seen values drop. It's interesting to note that it appears the cabin stove was becoming quite desirable and then boom the drop

It depends entirely on how popular the bundle is.

Often it's more the case of the shock of an item coming out rather than it's actual numbers that affect the value in such a way. In time when the bundle is long gone, if it didn't sell many then the price will correct itself and increase.
